Located 1 min walk to University shopping center, 7 min walk to Nanaimo Aquatic Center, 15 min to downtown. I am looking for an honest, respectful, trustworthy, clean and quiet roommate with no pets and a steady income to share this quaint little place for $850/month all inclusive.
